Ratima is a highly sought-after therapist and speaker with over twenty years of experience. She is regarded as an expert in complex marital issues, cultural and ethnic  issues, corporate wellness trainings, men's health, and  working with professionals and executives. Ratima obtained her undergrad and professional degrees at San Diego State University and received additional training in business and women entrepreneurs from Cornell University.  She established  her first private practice in 2006 as a licensed board-certified psychotherapist with the goal of reducing the disparity in mental health for communities of color by providing high-quality mental healthcare. Serving Metro Atlanta and North Fulton for more than 17 years, RGS and Associates Counseling maintains a thriving and successful practice based on consistent client referrals,  superior customer service,  effective treatment, and demonstrating a genuine passion for the mental health profession.  Ratima is a  warm, intuitive, and grounded servant leader and healer who believes each client has the potential to experience transformational healing and wellness.  She firmly asserts "that growth and healing come from within; the difference is you."
