Ratima has trained Fortune 500 companies in corporate wellness and worked with top military officials across all branches. She received numerous accolades, including Counselor of the Year and an honorable mention for her work in establishing embedded counseling programs on military installations in the U.S. and Europe during their early inception
Since opening her practice in 2006, Ratima has worked to reduce mental health disparities in Black and Brown communities by providing high-quality care and exceptional service. With over 20 years of experience, she offers culturally relevant individual and couples therapy to high-functioning clients, building a successful practice through client referrals and repeat business. With a servant-leader heart, Ratima combines her clinical expertise with her intuitive gift, believing that by sowing positive seeds, her clients' potential for transformational healing and growth is always possible. Ratima has been featured as a mental health expert on the David Banner podcast and has consulted for Ga Tech Athletics and Sports Medicine. She is a passionate advocate for BIPOC's holistic mental health. A native of Central California, Ratima has been happily married for 25 years. She and her husband have a teenage son and a Goldendoodle.
